Me llega la noticia vía la Coalición sobre Derechos en Internet (Internetrightsandprinciples.org) con esta información: Irán invoca la protección frente a la pornografía como excusa.
"Internet censoring in Iran was developed with the initial justification of blocking online pornography, among other material considered offensive by the regime, according to those who have studied the country's censoring."

Las dictaduras nunca han sido muy explícitas.
